We have hassle free, easy-to-use online ordering so you can access us any time of the day or night! We will bring our high quality food to your meeting or event on time, every time.
How do I place a catering order?
Ordering is easy! You may place an order online, by email to catering@madgreens.com, or by calling 1-844-MG-CATER. To start a new order online you will need to create an account and/or sign in. Our easy-to-use online ordering process will then walk you through all the logistics and then the delicious options we have for feeding your group.

How much will I be charged for delivery?
The delivery fee starts at $35 and scales up as the order increases in size. Please feel free to email catering@madgreens.com for additional questions!
Does MAD Greens Catering add gratuity?
We offer the ability to leave a tip for the driver; this defaults at 10%. You are welcome to edit this amount as you see fit!
What is the Cancellation Policy?
MAD Greens has a 24 hour cancellation policy. For cancellations please contact our Catering Concierge via email: catering@madgreens.com.
Does MAD Greens take last minute catering orders?
Yes, when possible. Same day, last minute catering orders may or may not be possible. Please call our catering line at 1-844-MG-CATER to speak with our Catering Concierge if you have an emergency catering situation!
How early do I need to place my catering orders?
We ask that you have your order in as soon as you can; preferably with 24 hours’ notice or 48 hours’ notice for orders over 50 people.
Our catering orders are delivery and can be contactless as requested!
Are plates and utensils included with my order?
Catering orders come fully loaded with forks (made from recycled materials), compostable plates, cups and napkins plus serving utensils and soup bowls (where applicable). It's all packaged in a convenient and, dare we say, beautiful box that will make cleaning up easy.
How do I let MAD Greens Catering know about special dietary needs or requests for my order?
When placing your order online there is a “notes” section that appears after your credit card transaction. You can leave any notes there. You can also prepare ahead of time by clicking here Interactive Allergy Menu to see which foods you can and cannot have at MAD Greens.
When is it appropriate to order an individual boxed lunch versus a group “Eat Better Box”?
We always recommend going with the group “Eat Better Box” over boxed lunches. However, for larger groups going on an off-site trip or excursion, choosing to go with the individual boxed lunches is often a more convenient choice.
Does MAD Greens Catering deliver on the weekend?
MAD Greens can deliver on the weekend however, in order to ensure that we have a delivery driver on site, we ask that you place your order by the Thursday before your weekend delivery request or call 1-844-MG-CATER. If delivering on a weekend is not possible, you can always pick up your order from the closest MAD Greens!
